Pop star Demi Lovato is selling the Hollywood Hills mansion where she had a near-deadly overdose for $9,495,000.
Lovato is currently seeking treatment in an unidentified rehabilitation facility, somewhere out of California. She told fans that she is focused on her sobriety and “road to recovery.”
The four bedroom, six bathroom house spans 5,564 square feet. It features panoramic city views, a zero-edge pool, a gazebo, among many other amenities.
It was purchased in 2016 for $8.3 million, according to public records. James Harris with The Agency is the listing agent.
Lovato is expected to be in rehab for several months. The singer thanked God “for keeping me alive and well,” as well as her fans, whose “positive thoughts and prayers have helped me navigate through this difficult time.”
