This error comes out very often when using various forums, and it is was quite annoying to wait for half a minute, and even for a few seconds.

I use specific forum several times a day ( in session) – every time I do a few searches in a row – I come across with the mistake several times.

This is an imperfection in the usability – and a serious one – users can not just keep waiting.

What is the solution? Very simple. Do not limit “a maximum of 1 request for 1 minute”, but, for example, “up to 60 queries per 60 minutes (per hour).

Thus, with my queries i will not get for my session with 3-4 searches consecutive errors at all, the bots will fall off.

Conclusion: If a user made previously 5 searches for 5 minutes with getting errors, then now he does it for 1 minute. Bots do not pass in both cases.
